Get ready for the holiday season by learning how to freeze-dry your favorite candies, desserts, and sweet treats! This class covers techniques for preserving holiday confections, from chocolates to festive baked goods, while enhancing texture and flavor. Participants will sample a variety of freeze-dried sweets and discover creative ways to use them for gifts, stocking stuffers, and holiday celebrations.

Taught by Daren Jensen from Wasatch Freeze Dry who is not only an expert Freeze Dryer, but also a Chef who understands food!

Take this opportunity to gain knowledge and insight into the world of Freeze Drying.  Ask your questions and make your freeze drying adventure more efficient and more successful!
