Participants will sample a variety of freeze-dried sweets and discover creative ways to use them for gifts, stocking stuffers, and holiday celebrations.
Taught by Daren Jensen from Wasatch Freeze Dry who is not only an expert Freeze Dryer, but also a Chef who understands food!
