Each of our 12 teas was designed for both taste and empowering natural health. Each tea blend has health benefits that we will discuss. We’ll also talk about different ways to make and use loose-leaf teas. \n \nAs a mom\, grandma\, and registered nurse\, I’ve always found great satisfaction in helping people be healthy and happy. \nWe raised our children on a combination of modern medicine\, herbs\, vitamins\, organic cleaners\, purified water\, healthy foods\, fresh air\, and sunshine. \nAll in all\, we created an environment for them to empower their natural health while living on a small farm in the country with crops and animals to tend. As a result\, this taught all of us many life lessons! \nMy husband and I now live on a small farm at the foot of West Mountain where we grow alfalfa hay and elderberries.
