Equipment

  • 1 8x8 square baking dish or mini muffin tins

Ingredients

Bars

  • 3 cups Coconut Macaroon Shredded
  • cups Almond Meal
  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • cup Coconut Oil softened
  • 1 tbsp Mexican Vanilla
  • ½ tsp Salt

Chocolate Sauce

  • ¾ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Mexican Vanilla
  • ¼ cup Agave

Instructions

  • Add the bar ingredients together and mix well.
  • Press the coconut mixture into a 8x8 square baking dish. You could also press it into mini muffin tins so the cups are about half full.
  • Add the chocolate sauce ingredients together and mix well.
  • Pour the chocolate sauce on top of the bars.
  • Chill the bars for an hour or so until the chocolate has hardened.
  • Cut and enjoy!

Notes

You could let the bars chill for 5-10 minutes to get the top to harden a little. Then sprinkle with flaked salt before finishing the chill.
