This is my go-to salad when I want a green salad, but I don't have lettuce. Who says you have to have lettuce to make a salad?

Ingredients

  • 8 stalks celery sliced thinly
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup red onion minced finely
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • parsley, fresh to garnish

Dressing

  • 3 Tbsps plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsps mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½-1 tsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp celery salt

Instructions

  • Add together the salad ingredients.
  • Add together the dressing ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley.
