This delightful Mediterranean salad is one we make at least once per week.
Print Recipe
- 1/2 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 2 small Tomatoes quartered, or 8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 Cucumber peeled and sliced
- 1/4 Red Onion diced, or 5 scallions, thinly sliced
- 6 ounces Feta Cheese broken into chunks (about 1 cup)
- 16 Greek Olives
Dressing
- 2 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
Chop and prepare all your ingredients into bite size pieces, add to a salad bowl.
Combine all the dressing ingredients by blending or whisking (We like to prepare all our salad dressings in one of those protein shake shaker bottles)
Add the dressing to the salad and toss before serving
