Have fun with this recipe. It lends itself well to additions and replacements depending on your tastes. I've supplemented rolled nine-grain cereal for rolled oats and spelt flour for the whole wheat flour. And I've added pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds together. They're always delicious.
