This is a fun and healthful way to incorporate nutritious, delicious wheat into your diet!

- 1 cup Pearled Red Wheat See Note below
- 1 can Coconut Milk (400mL) add enough water to make 2 cups
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup Honey Or sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Mix all ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 12-15 minutes or until wheat is cooked.Note: Pearled wheat cooks much faster than regular wheat. If you're using regular wheat, either cook this in an instapot for 10 minutes, or on the stovetop for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Garnish with cinnamon, berries, etc.
