Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted, if solid
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Place the eggs, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into a food processor or blender. Blend briefly for a few seconds.
  • With the processor or blender running on low speed, start adding oils slowly.
  • Continue blending until oil is emulsified.
