Make Your Own Mayonnaise–with Coconut Oil!

Many years ago, we decided we would try to make our own mayonnaise-- if it hadn't been for a much too busy schedule we would have kept it up because the mayonnaise was so much better than anything store bought. The satisfaction of knowing the ingredients were clean was also a good motivator. This mayonnaise does get hard in the fridge. You can use all olive oil if you'd prefer for the same amazing results.
