DIY Millet Pudding Class—-FREE Class!

Millet Pudding… This is one of the most mild foods on the

stomach and yet provides great nutrition.

Great for someone can not eat much because of health problems or for infants.

Even better: it is easy to keep the ingredients in food storage!  Ingredients millet, coconut oil, honey, vanilla a pinch of salt.

Other flavorings if you have or like are Nutmeg or Bananas ( my favorite!)
