Fermented Veggies/Sauerkraut… Another way to improve your gut health and by so doing

your skin and tissue health. I did not like sauerkraut or even most pickles but after learning to do it myself and being able to adjust the herbs and seasonings I love my own fermented veggies and sauerkraut.

I do not know that you will love mine but I will teach you the basics and then you can also add your favorite extras to bring out the flavors you love. Also as spicy or mild as you like. Ingredients veggies, salt brine, and whey.
