Join us for a fun interactive hands-on wellness experience!

Bowenwork is a gentle, restorative, soft-tissue technique that stimulates the body to heal itself. Learn to apply Bowenwork moves that promote whole body wellness and emergency moves for family and friends.

In this five-hour, introductory class, you will learn to perform a small sequence of movements on specific points of the body interspersed with rest periods to:

  • Relieve muscle tension
  • Eases breathing difficulties
  • Neck, back, and knee pain
  • Increases relaxation

This class is open to all, no prior experience required. Bowenwork is safe for infants to the elderly and from elite athletes to people with chronic conditions. We work through light-weight clothing. or It is performed through your light-weight clothing.

What to expect: Participants will practice on each other on massage tables. A manual with photos and detailed descriptions of all procedures will be provided.

$95.00 includes a user-friendly manual with photos and anatomical illustrations.
