Refund Policy

Dry Goods:
We offer full refund of defective product, returned to Sage and Plow within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

We offer in-store credit for unopened and non-defective product, returned to Sage and Plow within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Temperature Sensitive Items:

We offer full refund of properly stored, temperature sensitive items found to be defective after purchase, such as fresh produce, meat, dairy, etc.  Product must be returned to Sage and Plow, or confirmed by photos to Sage and Plow staff within 72 hours of purchase, with proof of purchase.

We cannot refund non-defective produce and temperature sensitive items.

At Sage and Plow we promote responsible food storage practices and understand that dates on food products are suggestions rather than mandated by particular policy.   Our Bargain Barn includes many of these products that are close to date, or past date at deeply discounted pricing.  We stand behind these items, but do not offer a refund for product based only on the expiration or best by dates.
