Filmjolk… This is an easy, very easy, (no heating, no straining) type of yogurt or fermented
milk drink. It is delicious when blended with just a little honey or honey and fruit. Also
wonderful in shakes and can be used as a buttermilk replacement or a sour cream
replacement and is very easy to digest. Ingredients used in filmjolk are Milk, a little filmjolk
and whatever you use to flavor it.
Starts are available for $5 at class.
