March 13^th – Freeze Drying: Meals and Casseroles

Learn how to freeze-dry casseroles and complete meals for long-term storage without sacrificing taste or nutrition! This class covers meal preparation, freeze-drying techniques, proper storage, and rehydration methods. Participants will sample a variety of freeze-dried meals to compare texture and flavor retention.
