Cool Cucumber Salad: Crisp and Refreshing
When the cucumbers come on in the garden, each summer, we reach for this recipe. It's a GREAT way to use up a lot of cucumbers, and it stores really well in the fridge for a several days! So simple, and so amazing!
Cucumber Salad
This has been one of our favorite, simple, garden salads for many years.
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 cups Cucumbers (sliced)
in a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and salt. Add cucumbers; toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
