Irresistible (Healthy) Oatmeal Chip Cookies

With better ingredients like coconut oil, coconut sugar, and the addition of cinnamon and a touch of molasses, these have become, hands down, our family's favorite chocolate chip cookies! We always get rave reviews when we share them, as well!

Oatmeal Chip Cookies

Cinnamon and molasses take your regular oatmeal chocolate chip cookie up a notch. It doesn't matter how big a batch we make--these cookies never stick around long.

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup regular oats
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips

  3. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips.

  5. Roll into 1-1/2-in. balls. Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets.
