Our Family’s Favorite Greek Salad
The go to salads in our repertoire are this one and our Apple Craisin Salad! This is perfect for a savory salad and the Apple Craisin with its delicious poppy seed dressing, is perfect for when you’re in the mood for a little something sweeter on the side. The simple dressing in this salad is what brings this all together and makes the tastebuds sing!
Greek Salad
This delightful Mediterranean salad is one we make at least once per week.

Ingredients
- 1/2 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 2 small Tomatoes quartered, or 8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 Cucumber peeled and sliced
- 1/4 Red Onion diced, or 5 scallions, thinly sliced
- 6 ounces Feta Cheese broken into chunks (about 1 cup)
- 16 Greek Olives
Dressing
- 2 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup Olive oil
Instructions
- Chop and prepare all your ingredients into bite size pieces, add to a salad bowl.
- Combine all the dressing ingredients by blending or whisking (We like to prepare all our salad dressings in one of those protein shake shaker bottles)
- Add the dressing to the salad and toss before serving
