Ingredients
- ½ cup cucumber chopped
- ½ cup celery chopped
- ½ cup tomato chopped
- ½ cup bell pepper chopped
- 2 tbsp onion chopped
- 2 tbsp parsley chopped
Dressing
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Chop the vegetables and add them all together.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together.
- Toss the dressing and salad together.
- Garnish with more parsley, if desired.
- Serve on top of baked potatoes and enjoy!
