Our Traditional Cranberry Jello

This is one dish that has been passed down for several generations as it was always on our Thanksgiving table when we were growing up. Our Thanksgiving Feast would not be complete without this beautiful Jello! It’s a definite favorite with all of the grandchildren.

Equipment

  • 1 9×13 baking dish

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. raspberry jello small
  • 2 cups water boiling
  • 1 can cranberries whole
  • 1/2 pint sour cream

Instructions

  • Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  • Add raspberries and cranberries. Chill.
  • Serve topped with sour cream, or fold sour cream into jello after it has cooled off some, but not quite set up yet. Then top with more sour cream.
