Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pearled Red Wheat See Note below
  • 1 can Coconut Milk (400mL) add enough water to make 2 cups
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup Honey Or sweetener of your choice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Simmer for 12-15 minutes or until wheat is cooked.
    Note: Pearled wheat cooks much faster than regular wheat. If you're using regular wheat, either cook this in an instapot for 10 minutes, or on the stovetop for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Garnish with cinnamon, berries, etc.
